Sufficient.- lastnight I ate more than sufficient it was very late wich made My stomach hurt the next day. Eating more than sufdicient at nights could cause you stomach pain. Don't eat late!!!!!
Proficient. - my friend is fully proficient at her job.majority of proffessionals are though to be fully proficient at their job.
